2. Where are your products shipped from?
Our products are shipped from our warehouse located in Quebec or in some cases directly from one of our suppliers.
3. How long does it take to receive my product?
The delivery time depends on your location. Generally, it takes between 7-14 business days for your product to arrive. Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs clearance.
4. Can I get a refund on my product?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
5. How do I initiate a return?

6. What items are not eligible for return?
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 7. Can I exchange my product for a different one?
Yes, if you would like to exchange your product for a different one, we recommend returning the original item and placing a separate order for the new item. This will ensure a faster and smoother process.
8. What is the European Union 14-day cooling off period?
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
9. How will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
10. What should I do if I haven't received my refund after 15 business days?
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@calmglow.co. We will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it.
